Exercises

As part of your rehabilitation, Cotati-Rohnert Park Physical Therapy Inc. staff recommends to for you to do exercises and stretches in-between your visits. These exercises are meant to help you, so please do them as prescribed by your therapist. Here is a list of exercises with “how-to” videos to show and remind you how to perform them properly.

PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY EXERCISE NOT PRESCRIBED TO YOU!

Please remember the greenyellow and red chart we have. Green means there is no pain and to go ahead and proceed with the stretch/exercise. Yellow means there is slight discomfort or stretching and to be careful. Red means that there is pain and the stretch/exercise needs to stop IMMEDIATELY.
